JituBhai has successfully led Mega Housing and Finance exhibition, MCHI since the last 17 years as the Chairperson. A social celebrity, he leads the Ghatkopar Gujarati Samaj since 20 years as the President. His accolades are commendable. To add on, he is also a Treasurer at the Bruhad Mumbai Gujarati Samaj, along with these, his associations are with many such groups. He is a key person in MCHI Thane. He has been responsible in raising and solving the important issues that real estate industry faces. A mentor to many and a troubleshooter, it was JituBhai's vision to create a brand by providing satisfaction not only to company's consumer but also to each person associated with JVM Spaces, be it the suppliers, the working staff and others.


A young & dynamic personality, Chartered Accountant by qualification and socially super active Manthan Mehta is a youth icon by his contribution through the Leo club, Lion's international youth wing. He has been one of the most pro-active district president of Leo Mumbai District with major social contribution and mega social events such as Ghatkopar Marathon, Cyclothon, Navratri for cause and many other events. Manthan's experience at such young age has showered accolades and recognition from all corners and has been recpient of major awards.He is the first MCHI THANE youth wing president. Manthan's leadership qualities are perfectly apt to lead the companies day to day activities and lead the stratategic development of JVM spaces.


Mr. Jignesh Khilani began his career as a real estate consultant and subsequently ventured into real estate development, is known for his public relation skills. He is a reknowned for social contribution for inititating various social groups and organising mega cultural events. His expertise in marketing and PR is an asset for the group.


Nimit Mehta has experience of over half a decade in the real estate business. He is known for his versatility & energy which he adds up to the team. Nimit is pursuing his Chartered Accountant degree , he leads the project planning department along with added responsibly of acquisition & mergers with a vision to spread the wings of the group across the city.     • show flat and project plan and layout, and pitch the project as per requirement to ensure maximum conversions of customersIdentify active brokers,
    • develop report , pitch project and develop network of brokers /channel partners to increase walk-ins to project sales office,
    • Follow up with brokers, site visitors regularly to build interest and close the deal Regularly follow up with customers for timely collections of dues,
    • Generate leads through innovative schemes, reference, referral programs etc.,
    • Ensure Customer details, booking form are updated in ERP and report MIS regularly Participate in project/building launch, exhibitions, corporate presentation etc.,
    • Provide inputs to marketing team for advertisement to increase walk-ins.
