A social celebrity, he leads the Ghatkopar Gujarati Samaj since 20 years as the President. His accolades are commendable. To add on, he is also a Treasurer at the Bruhad Mumbai Gujarati Samaj, along with these, his associations are with many such groups. He is a key person in MCHI Thane. He has been responsible in raising and solving the important issues that real estate industry faces. A mentor to many and a troubleshooter, it was JituBhai’s vision to create a brand by providing satisfaction not only to company’s consumer but also to each person associated with JVM Spaces, be it the suppliers, the working staff and others.Â
MR. MANTHAN J. MEHTA
A young & dynamic personality, Chartered Accountant by qualification and socially super active Manthan Mehta is a youth icon by his contribution through the Leo club, Lion’s international youth wing. He has been one of the most pro-active district president of Leo Mumbai District with major social contribution and mega social events such as Ghatkopar Marathon, Cyclothon, Navratri for cause and many other events. Manthan’s experience at such young age has showered accolades and recognition from all corners and has been recpient of major awards.He is the first MCHI THANE youth wing president. Manthan’s leadership qualities are perfectly apt to lead the companies day to day activities and lead the stratategic development of JVM spaces.Â
MR. NIMIT J. MEHTA
Nimit Mehta is a MBA Graduate from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He has done his his Masters and Bachelors in Commerce from R.A.Podar College. He is Currently serving as the Treasurer of MCHI Credai Youth Wing.
Nimit Mehta has experience of over half a decade in the real estate Business. He is known for his versatility & energy which he adds up to the team. He leads the Project planning and Project approval along with added responsibility of acquisition & mergers with a vision to spread the wings of the group across the city.
His sharp business acumen, ideas, strategies and vision for orchestrating the projects, and above all his leadership skills paves the way for smooth implementation of project development. He leads right from the inception i.e. land acquisition till completion of the project. His skills of liaisioning and completing the project before time, in compliance with the relevant laws, has etched a trustworthy identity of ‘JVM Spaces’ in the Real Estate sector. He is passionate about Architecture & Design and strives to improve the customer experience at every stage. Creating convenient and quality living spaces has been his unwavering focus. Also, his innovative efforts in designing, forming elevations, beautification, landscaping and providing ultra-modern amenities continue to enhance the standard of living for the patrons of JVM’s.
Over and above this, he also manages functions of Operations, Engineering, Purchase, Contracts and after Sales Service Team. He hopes to create game-changing real estate solutions over the coming years

Nishit Mehta known as Mr. Innovation leads the R & D on technological front. An Electronic Engineer by profession has been pioneer in contributing towards building eco-friendly hi-tech luxurious budget homes. Nishit vision is to build homes nurturing the environment using smart technology for energy efficiency & maximum use of solar power. Nishit has been the recipient of Real Estate Young Icon award. Â
